The accommodation

Fifty meters above the sea and only two minutes from the beach, Villa Nikis offers a wonderful view of the offshore islets and the village of Skiathos, from its two large terraces. In the evening, the moon is reflected in the sea, revealing an incomparable spectacle, perfect for socializing with friends or family.

The villa can accommodate five people. The sleeping facilities are divided into a room with a double bed, a twin room and one with a single bed. There are three bathrooms - two of them with a shower. The large bathroom was completely modernized in 2014. In front of the living area with TV and open fireplace is a panoramic terrace with sea views and a covered dining area. If you want, you can also prepare your evening meal in the barbecue in front of the kitchen. Two sun loungers invite you to relax on the side terrace. There is also the possibility to have breakfast under the olive tree - of course also with a sea view. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook on vacation.

The road up to the house is fairly steep, but easily manageable by car or on foot. Not recommended for people with severe mobility problems.

Since 2020, direct access from the house to the managed pool of the neighboring apartment hotel has been open to our guests. Please adhere to the rule of having a bite at the bar when using the pool. Or you can take the opportunity and book yourself in for a romantic dinner.

Villa Nikis has its own well water supply. The water was last examined by an independent analysis laboratory in Germany in April 2019. All values relevant to the harmlessness of drinking water are within the standard range of the German Drinking Water Ordinance. So you can drink the tap water without hesitation and fill it in the glass bottles provided. You are also making a valuable contribution to avoiding plastic waste.

Greece is not a quiet country! Especially from mid-July to the end of August there is a lot going on, on the beautiful island. The coastal road passes about fifty meters below the villa and can be disturbing for people who are very sensitive to noise. Nevertheless, the property can be described as overall quiet and very private. It is quietest from mid-May to early July and from early September.
